(I) talk of Christ . . . and (I) write according to (my understanding), that (my) children (and friends) may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins. (2 Nephi 25:26)

Temples: We can provide Kleenex Even if We Don't Know What's Wrong
That was a wonderful link, and helps me to feel closer to the gospel. There are times when I feel I have failed in every possible way that is significant to me. Satan can use our humility to discourage us, and the hymn 'How firm a foundation' has been with me when I have been close to death. It has been brought to my recollection in precisely the moments when I have most needed it. How beautiful it is to hear of a life so graciously lived as that of the author's father. What beautiful meaning it gives to temple ordinances joined with a life enriched and compassion enhanced by them.
I currently try to post original thoughts on Fridays, with quotes on Tuesdays. Feel free to comment on new or old posts. Comments on posts over a month old are moderated to avoid spam and will be released whenever I notice them. The comment policy is at the bottom of this page.
