Our Complaints Generally Are Far More Arrogant Than We Realize
I think we usually underestimate what the "condescension of God" really entails. When we get a sense of what it means for a God to become "as one of us" and allow us to “be ye therefore perfect” (“heirs of God and joint-heirs with Christ”), it really is a fascinating thing to ponder how arrogant our complaints generally are.
I currently try to post original thoughts on Fridays, with quotes on Tuesdays. Feel free to comment on new or old posts. Comments on posts over a month old are moderated to avoid spam and will be released whenever I notice them. The comment policy is at the bottom of this page.
