The Problem with Worrying

Just something to consider:

Most of our pain comes from actual experiences, but much of our emotional pain and stress often is caused by worrying about things that never come to pass.

Absolutely and completely true. I spend so much of my life worrying about things that actually never happen.

You are right, according to a recent Dove wrapper ("Most of the things you worry about don't happen.")

But if I didn't worry, what would I do with all that time?! Hmmm...
