(I) talk of Christ . . . and (I) write according to (my understanding), that (my) children (and friends) may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins. (2 Nephi 25:26)
Wow. I didn't know if I wanted to read this post, due to your title (but I'm glad that you did title it that way to give me warning). But, it was well worth it.
I have had an overwhelming feeling from general conference and the latest Ensign, that we need to work harder at our own salvation. I can't think of a better way to word it. We need to draw closer to Christ, and depend more upon Him, live his commandments more fully, love more deeply, and love less conditionally.
I currently try to post original thoughts on Fridays, with quotes on Tuesdays. Feel free to comment on new or old posts. Comments on posts over a month old are moderated to avoid spam and will be released whenever I notice them. The comment policy is at the bottom of this page.

Oh, and TraceyBaby is my sister. I'm glad to know she has read your posts. I hope they help her as much as they help me.
