The Impact of Proper Leadership on Zion

“What’s the closest you’ve ever gotten to a Zion experience?”

1) My family, growing up - with wonderful parents;

2) Marching band and choir in high school - with wonderful teachers;

3) My current and most recent wards, on a larger scale - with two amazing bishops.

I don’t think the similarity is accidental.
